I'm not sure what I have just witnessed...
There are some strong metaphors and symbolism about human nature in this film. I do not agree with many of them, but I understand it reflects Ki-Duk's philosophy and his life experience.
I liked the weird settings and extreme scenes that reminded me of Pink Flamingos (1972) [for some reason I cannot explain...]
I'd like to know what you think about it if you've watch it before.
