Black Narcissus - (1947)

Director: Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger.

It's been a while since I fell asleep during a film. It was a fun sleep nevertheless.

I don't quite understand why Black Narcissus is considered to be a great film. I didn't find the story and characters particularly interesting. But the technicolor and mat-painting was impressive.

I also received a very strong English colonial pride from the film.

Verdict: 1.5 / 5 ★ - I don't get it...
